Raymond

A Site Plan application is being submitted by Jones and Beach engineers on behalf of the property owner and applicant, First Raymond Associates, LLC. The subject property, located at 40 Route 27, experienced a fire in 2021 that destroyed one of the buildings, which contained 18 two-bedroom units. The applicant proposes to construct a new 24-unit building on the site of the former structure.


Amherst

Arboleda Realty, LLC (Owner) and LaBelle Winery (Applicant) are requesting a workforce housing design review for 2 Camp Road. This parcel is adjacent to Labelle Winery. The Labelle’s hope to permit 18 workforce housing units.


Londonderry

Property owner and applicant, RJ Kelly, requested a formal review of a site plan for a 60,000 SF warehouse at 17 Delta Drive. According to the application, Wurth Baer Supply Company, intends to move its operations to this address. Wurth Baer is a woodworking wholesale distributor based in Germany.

Concord

The City of Concord requested a public hearing for a new clubhouse at the city-owned Beaver Meadows Golf Course. The proposed new 6,000 SF clubhouse would be constructed to the north of the 25 year old, 4,500 SF existing clubhouse. Did you know Beaver Meadow Golf Course opened for play in 1896, 2 years after the founding of the US Golf Association?

Hampton

Lupoli Companies, LLC and Hampton Beach Casino, Inc. have been working with the planning board to get approval to redevelop the site of the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. The proposal includes a new 3,500-seat event venue, 208-room boutique hotel with event hall, 99 residential condominium units, spa, charitable gaming venue, restaurants, and retail space.

Portsmouth (8/14/2025)

The Inn Downtown at 409 The Hill sold for $5,190,000. Each of its 10 rooms are fully furnished studio apartments. The structure was originally built in 1809 as a duplex. According to public records, the hotel was purchased by Casey Anderson who also owns ‘The Oar House’ on Ceres Street.

Portsmouth (7/31/2025)

100 Durgin Lane sold for $12,500,000. This property was recently approved for 360 market rate apartments, which will replace a former Christmas Tree Shop and Bed Bath and Beyond plaza.


Concord (7/23/2025)

20 Damante Drive, a 65,868 SF NNN leased grocery center sold for $7,500,000. According to the listing agent, the asset traded at a 6.32% cap rate.
