Exeter
J. Caley Associates proposed the demolition of Blue Ribbon Dry Cleaners at 97 Portsmouth Avenue. The developer would like to construct a mixed-use building to include commercial space, amenities, and 14 residential units with parking and associated site improvements.


Salem
Bank of America proposed a site plan for a new 5,685 SF bank with drive-thru at 69 Central Street.

Milford
30 MS Milford, LLC, has requested a major site plan approval for a 3-floor standalone multifamily with a total of 28 apartment units. The lot is located at 30 Mill Street.

Nashua
Goodbye Leda Lanes Bowling Alley (1959-2025)! Nashua Law Realty Co., Inc. (Owner & Applicant) is working on site plan approval for a proposed retail plaza and restaurant with a drive-thru at 340 Amherst Street.

Bedford
West Street Keene, LLC, has introduced a concept for a 21-unit multifamily development, Cottage Court, off Constitution Drive. This project would fall under the Office Flex (OF) zoning district and is currently in the early stages of conceptual discussion with the town.

38 Cinemagic Way was sold to the tenant, Apple Cinemas (B LAX Hooksett LLC), for $7,950,066. The property was last sold in 2011 for $14,018,000.

Merrimack (6/24/2025)
11 Executive Park Drive was sold to the tenant, Apple Cinemas (B LAX Merrimack LLC), for $3,900,000. The property was last sold in 2011 for $8,324,000.

According to Boston Real Estate Times, "Founded in 2010, the chain, Apple Cinemas, currently operates 12 multi-screen theaters across 6 states, with two more—including one in Danville, CA—under construction. The company is actively scouting locations across the U.S., with the goal of operating 100 cinemas within the next decade, and is even eyeing potential expansion into Canada.

Londonderry (7/26/2025)
48 Harvey Road, known for being home to Pipe Dream Brewery, has sold for $2,850,000. The 83,417 SF building was sold to a local owner that intends to occupy the property with his AV company.
