Washville Car Wash is working on permitting for sites at:

• 1319 Hooksett Road in Hooksett, replacing Auto Wholesalers

• 9 Morgan Road in Hudson, near the Hannaford’s Plaza

• 2299 Lafayette Road in Portsmouth

  

Concord

A major site plan application was presented for a new 11,150 SF urgent care clinic at 161 North State Street, replacing the now vacant Santander Bank branch. The applicant appears to be HCA, which recently purchased Catholic Medical Center.

Salem

Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI), on behalf of Linear Retail Properties, LLC, requested a conditional use permit from the Salem Planning Board to accommodate the needs of incoming tenants ‘The Great Greek’ and ‘Btone Fitness’ at 125 South Broadway

Epping

46 Martin Road, LLC (Managers Thomas Prieto and Robert B. Singer according to Secretary of State filings) submitted plans for a 315-unit multi-family housing development incorporating workforce housing. The parcel is located at 46 Martin Road.

Derry

5 B Street, LLC, has received conditional approval for a new 7,700 SF auto repair facility at 5 B Street. 

Raymond

Property owner, Jemco Properties, LLC, has proposed to subdivide 8 Fordway Road, an 86.88-acre parcel, into 22 single-family lots with open space as part of a conservation development. Two new public roads were also proposed to serve each of the lots. The existing single-family home would remain on one of the proposed lots, but the abandoned foundations and the existing outbuildings would be demolished.

Concord Center, LLC (Jeremy Duprey) purchased a 217,800 SF contractor bay/flex building at 124, 126, 128, 130, 132, 134 Hall Street for $10,000,000

Nashua (10/14/2025)

Greystone Plaza, home to Lilac Blossom, Sherwin Williams, Tiffany Cleaners, and more sold for $6,500,000. Millyard Bank provided a $1,000,000 mortgage to the buyer, Pagewood Associates, LP.
