Concord

On December 9th, New Hampshire Highland Games & Festival (NHSCOT) received the variances required to open their corporate headquarters at 210 Bog Road. The property was previously home to Camp Spaulding, which closed in 2020. They intend to host classes, seminars, and educational programming about Scottish culture on a daily or weekly basis. Approximately 4 to 6 large events (600+ attendees) would be held over the course of the year to celebrate Scottish holidays and other major cultural events. According to NECPE, the property is currently under contract and the asking price is $1.3M.

Manchester

At the January 9th Zoning Board meeting Cory Dubois proposed to establish an automotive repair use with up to 40 service lifts at 2060 Brown Ave. This property is currently used as a warehouse facility for Quirk Parts Depot.

Manchester

On January 2nd, Brian Pratt on behalf of the owner, proposed to construct a 6‐story, 50‐unit multifamily dwelling at 516 Elm Street. This property was formerly home to Murphy’s Diner and recently sold to CORAL 516 ELM, LLC in August.

Bedford

Bedford RLG Properties, LLC/Lincoln Property Company Commercial, LLC proposed a 150,000 SF industrial warehouse and distribution center at 308 South River Road. Back in 2021, the board approved the site plan for a manufacturing facility for Wire Belt Company of America, but the project did not move forward, and Wire Belt relocated to the former Walmart building off Colby Court.

A 12,000 SF industrial building on 1.0 acre at 6 Tinkham Ave sold for $1,250,000 to T ZANELLI REALTY, LLC. The LLC manager, Tim Zanelli, owns an excavating business.

Londonderry (11/26/24)

The assisted living facility, All American at Londonderry, sold for $12,224,000 to AA SENIOR LONDONDERRY PROPCO, LLC. This LLC shares an address with Kaplan Development Group out of Jericho, New York.

Derry (12/18/24)

A 10,464 SF industrial building on 1.0 acre at 11 Tinkham Ave in Derry sold for $790,000 ($75 PSF) to Steven M Woitkun.

Manchester (12/18/24)

The 76-room Towne Place Hotel at 686 Huse Road sold for $9,000,000 to the Mittas Group out of Springfield, MA.
