Fulchino Vineyard is looking to expand! The zoning board folder on the town website shows a proposal to construct a 2,800 SF building for wine barrel storage, tastings, and tours at 187 Pine Road.





Hudson

A large mixed-use development has been proposed at 207 Central Street. The site was once home to ‘The Meadows,' a restaurant that was destroyed by a fire in 1992. The new proposed project includes a 12-unit retail commercial building and 2 multifamily buildings totaling 100 units.

Lagoinha Nashua Church (applicant) & Premier Commercial Properties, LLC, presented a conceptual plan to convert a former Rite Aid into a church at 420 Daniel Webster Highway.


Rochester

C. Cardinal Maine 7, LLC, and John Guertin had a final decision hearing to convert a medical office building, formerly Oddfellows, into a 55-room boutique hotel at 95 South Main Street.

Milford (1/23/2025)

317 Elm Street sold for $1,350,000 to 4R Properties, LLC. The LLC manager, Thomas Rohlfs, is also the president of Diamond Turning Innovations.


Nashua (1/31/2025)

80 Northwest Boulevard, a 337,391 SF building, sold for $67,000,000 to NF North America Op, LLC. According to the website, they manufacture electrical measurement instruments, power supply equipment, and function modules for its parent company in Japan.


Salem (1/31/2025)

18 Bridge Street sold for $1,700,000 to 18 Bridge Street, LLC. The LLC manager is also the President of Green Light Manufacturing according to LinkedIn. Green Light Manufacturing is a woman-owned full service contract manufacturer, currently located in Salem.


Nashua (2/6/2025)

Amherst Street Village Center sold for $15,000,000 to Nashua Com Realty I, LLC, which is connected to The Longwood Group. This property is home to Walgreens, Petsmart, Cold Stone Creamery, Charles Schwab, Oak Craft Pizza, and more.
