Bedford

On January 27th, Ronald R. Doucet Rev. Trust (Owner) and Dogtor House, LLC (Applicant) requested approval of a 9,000 SF veterinary clinic at 250 South River Road.





Concord

Nobis Group, on behalf of Bangor Savings Bank, requested approvals for a major site plan application for the new construction of a 3,672 SF bank at 111 Loudon Road.


Manchester

555 Elm Street, previously home to the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester Inc., may become a mixed-use building with 40 residential units and a commercial space facing Elm Street. On February 2nd, Fuss & O’Neill, Inc., for The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester, Inc. will be presenting a site plan application.


Raymond

A site plan application has been submitted by Matt Casey of Zaremba Group on behalf of property owner Mark Smith. The applicants are proposing to construct an AutoZone at 64 Route 27. The site is approximately 0.86 acres.


Salem

While the Beach Plum is leaving town, it appears there is more retail coming to Tuscan Village! This past month there was a public hearing for a conditional use permit for artwork at 200 Via Toscana. The plan showed ‘Warby Parker’ on the building. In addition, there was a change of use proposed (retail to wine bar/restaurant with 40 seats) for 18 Artisan Drive.
