Amherst
Pressed Café is still trying to find a new location in Amherst. This time they will be presenting a conceptual site plan for 99 Route 101A. This is a vacant parcel located near Walmart.
Bedford
Flight House Gym, currently located in Rye, is looking to open a 2nd location at Market & Main in Bedford, near the Whole Foods. They will be presenting a conceptual site plan at the next planning board meeting. It appears they hope to open a 2-story, 30,000 SF fitness facility.

Manchester
Dunkin' Donuts presented a non-binding design review for a 1,815 SF coffee shop with drive-thru at 1895 South Willow Street. The site was previously home to Mavis Tires and Brakes.
Milford
Choice Property Management, LLC (MD Trash Removal), is requesting major site plan approval for a 7,840 SF office and enclosed garage building and a proposed 8,400 SF covered canopy storage area. This request is in reference to a 9.916 acre lot located along the south side and directly situated along Old Wilton Road (Map 7, Lot 18)

Raymond
A 38 lot conservation subdivision is working through the permitting process in Raymond, NH. This is Phase 1 of a potential future 3 phase development. The property is located at 15 Sargent Drive at the intersection of Sargent Drive and Deer Run Road, and is located just west of the Green Road/Sargent Drive intersection.

Manchester (2/12/2025)
926 S Willow Street, a retail strip plaza, sold for $5,500,000 to HICPCF II Manchester, LLC. This is an entity of the Grossman Companies Inc. located in Quincy, MA. According to their website, they are a 5th generation company that owns over 2.5 million SF of property in New England.

Merrimack (2/12/2025)
The 224 unit luxury apartment complex at 3 Lexington Court, located at the entrance of the Merrimack Outlets, just sold for $86,750,000. The buyer, Passco, is a large real estate investment firm out of Irvine, CA, with over $4 billion in assets under management.
Concord (3/4/2025)
80 Commercial Street, a 35,572 SF vacant office building, was sold to the New Hampshire Retirement System.

Manchester (3/4/2025)
The historic Dunlap building at 959-967 Elm Street sold for $2,150,000. The building was original built in 1879 and is now home to Campo Enoteca and Taj India. Based on planning board activity, it is likely the upstairs office space will be converted into 36 one bedroom studio apartments.
