Windham

A 142,000 SF mixed-use retail/commercial development has been proposed by Arena Square, LLC for 102 Indian Rock Road & 82 Range Road. Planned uses include a grocery store, retail shops, restaurants, and other permitted commercial activities.

Plaistow

Property owner David Abare has requested the review of a site plan for the redevelopment of a retail plaza to include a restaurant with a drive-thru. He recently purchased the property at 111 Plaistow Road for $1,700,000.  

Salem

Tuscan Village Jewel Building 1, LLC, has requested a public hearing for a conditional use permit for signage/artwork at 200 Via Toscana. It appears Salt & Straw is looking to open their first New England store! According to Tastingtable.com, they are an innovative ice cream shop with unique flavors.

Salem

A 112,200 SF BJ’s wholesale club is being proposed at 92 Cluff Crossing Road. The building would replace a section of the retail center, including the former home of the Christmas Tree Shop.

Concord

TFMoran is submitting plans and supporting documents to amend a formerly approved site at 5-9 Interchange Drive. The proposed amendment to the building consists of footprint updates per TJX brand specifications. The renderings display a ‘Marshalls’ sign.

Manchester (5/1/2025)

44 Bridge Street, a 19,200 SF mixed-use building, was sold for $4,450,000 to Saijes Properties, LLC. The property was converted from a bank to 14 market rate apartments and commercial uses on the ground floor. 

Salem (5/5/2025)

11 Northeastern Blvd, a 114,000 SF office building, sold for $8,000,000. According to CoStar, Hooke Laboratories has purchased the property to accommodate their expanding company. According to their LinkedIn profile, Hooke Laboratories is a pharmaceutical company specializing in clinical trials using rodents, with a focus on inflammation and autoimmune disease research.

Nashua (5/9/2025)

The Glass Tower at 20 Trafalgar Square, a 99,292 SF multi-tenanted office building, sold for $11,000,000 to Whiting Building, LLC. 

Milford (5/13/2025)

544 Nashua Street, a former auto dealership, sold to Resin Systems for $1,700,000. According to their website, Resin Systems is an industry leader in the production of custom resin castings. Resin Systems HQ is a few miles down the road in Amherst, NH.
