Salem
Lyons Group submitted a site plan review that depicted the renovation of an existing 19,600 SF building into a restaurant and entertainment center at 11 Mall Road, in front of the Cinemark at Rockingham Park. Hudson
Restaurant Depot has submitted a conceptual design review to open a new location at 273 Lowell Road. The 10.5-acre site is currently on the market for $2,750,000.

Nashua
City of Nashua, Division of Public Works (Owner & Applicant), submitted a conditional use permit approval to construct a 127,555 SF garage and maintenance facility at 840 West Hollis Street.
Londonderry
Procopio Companies has submitted a formal site plan and conditional use permit for 250 single family cottage court style dwellings and clubhouse at 36 Pillsbury Road.


Windham
A preliminary site plan application has been submitted for the construction of a self-storage facility with 3 floors, totaling 78,000 SF, as well as 18 commercial service establishment units at 18 Ledge Road. Nashua (10/29/2025)
23-25 Temple Street, a 25,785 SF 130-unit rooming house, sold for $5,723,600 according to NH Registry Review records. Built in 1912-1913, the building was home to the Nashua YMCA. Buyer was 23 Temple Nashua, LLC, registered in Leominster, MA.

Exeter (10/31/2025)
Philips Exeter Academy purchased 43 Front Street for $2,000,000. They plan on retrofitting the existing property into student housing.

Windham (11/12/2025)
Former Delahunty’s Nursery at 41 Range Road sold for $2,500,000 to Windham Woods School Inc. According to their website, Windham Woods School is an independent school that caters to children with mild to moderate learning disabilities. www.windhamwoodsschool.org/
