Nashua

Construction of a self-storage facility

Windham


A preliminary site plan application has been submitted for the construction of a self-storage facility with 3 floors, totaling 78,000 SF, as well as 18 commercial service establishment units at 18 Ledge Road. 23-25 Temple Street, a 25,785 SF 130-unit rooming house, sold for $5,723,600 according to NH Registry Review records. Built in 1912-1913, the building was home to the Nashua YMCA. Buyer was 23 Temple Nashua, LLC, registered in Leominster, MA.
