Londonderry

10/4/2023 Chase Bank is close to final approval for a 3,116 SF bank with a drive thru at 66 Gilcreast Road. They plan on demolishing the existing building which once was once home to multiple tenants including Remax Innovate and Suppa’s Pizza. Chase purchased the property back in 2022 for $3,000,000!






Manchester

10/2/2023 William Socha continued his proposal to construct 70 attached single-family townhouse dwelling units located within 8 buildings at 800 and 830 Harvey Road. At this particular meeting he was looking for parking relief as this proposed project is located in the Industrial zone.









Nashua

10/24/2023 Applicant Tedd Cherry requested a variance to use a small portion of 55 Lake Street to allow a ‘rage cage/splatter paint’ room. The proposed business would be open from 3:00 PM- 9:00 PM and 10:00 AM- 9:00 PM on weekends. 55 Lake Street is a 147,669 SF former Mill building owned by Cambridge Holdings Inc.


Raymond

10/19/2023 Onyx Raymond LLC submitted an application for an Earth Excavation Permit to kick off construction of a proposed 550,025 SF warehouse off of Industrial Drive. One of the parcels associated with this project is registered as a Brownfield site by the NH DES. The parcel was home to The Regis/ Rex Tanning Co. which operated a tanning facility from the early 1950’s until 1972.The applicant has been asked to do further research to help understand any future environmental impacts.

Merrimack - Mast Road LLC sold 87 & 93 Daniel Webster Hwy sold to Integra Biosciences Corp on 9/5/2023 for $1,800,000. The 2 parcels include 2 single family homes. Integra Biosciences is a laboratory supplier out of Hudson NH. 


Manchester - Stop and Shop Supermarket sold a vacant parcel of land on Londonderry Turnpike to Bluebird Manchester East on 9/6/2023 for $1,500,000.


Nashua - Nv Forty Four Simon Fund sold a 6.7 acre vacant parcel to Nas Ind Simon LLC on 9/15/2023 for $2,750,000. The seller purchased the parcel back in 2022 for $2,000,000.
