Goffstown
A Subdivision Review Hearing was held for the continued review of a proposed 46-lot open space subdivision and one open space lot located at 67 Tirrell Hill Road. This hearing marked the second phase of an overall development plan, in which Lot 54-1, previously created under the initial proposal, is now being further subdivided. The current proposal includes the construction of a new roadway that will connect Acorn Drive to Sage Court, providing the necessary road frontage for all 46 residential lots. The property, situated in the Agricultural Zone, is owned by MT Ararat Properties 1, LLC, and the applicant is Belize Real Estate Holdings. This hearing was a continuation of the application originally presented at the March 27, 2025 meeting.
Windham
A Final Subdivision application and WWPD Special Permit were submitted for 33 London Bridge Road, located in the Rural District and Wetland and Watershed Protection District. The applicant, Edward N. Herbert Associates, Inc., on behalf of Woodside III LLC, proposes to subdivide the 41.63± acre parcel into 14 single-family lots. The lots would be accessed via a new Class V cul-de-sac road, approximately 1,800 feet in length. This is a conventional subdivision proposal.
Londonderry
A Design Review was held for a proposed subdivision on Hunter Drive, located in the Residential Zone. The land is owned by Jeremy Thayer, Trustee, and the developers are Chinburg Properties Inc. and Joseph Falzone. The original proposal includes a 44-lot subdivision, with discussions underway for a potential redesign reducing the plan to 18 lots.
Exeter
A continued public hearing was held for StoneArch Development’s site plan applications for two redevelopment projects. The first proposal involves 112 Front Street, where the applicant plans to demolish the existing buildings and construct seventeen (17) townhouse-style condominium units, along with associated site improvements. The property is located in the C-1 Central Area Commercial zoning district.
The second proposal is for 57 Portsmouth Avenue, where a six (6) unit townhouse-style residential condominium development is planned, along with parking and related site improvements. This property is in the C-2 Highway Commercial zoning district.
