The region’s residential landscape continues to evolve! In October, planning boards reviewed everything from creative open space developments to modest lot subdivisions. Here’s a snapshot of the projects shaping our neighborhoods:
Hudson – New Open Space Subdivision on Campbello Street
Manny Sousa submitted an Open Space Development (OSD) plan for 36 Campbello Street, proposing eleven single-family lots thoughtfully arranged around preserved open space. This project marks a significant step in expanding Hudson’s residential opportunities while maintaining the area’s natural character.

Portsmouth– Banfield Road Subdivision Proposal
Plans are underway to bring five new homes to Banfield Road! The Walter D. Hett Trust has proposed subdividing one lot into five single-family residences, with site improvements designed to blend seamlessly with the neighborhood.

Concord – Snow Pond Road Minor Subdivision
A minor subdivision application has been filed for 138 Snow Pond Road in Concord’s Open Space Residential (RO) District. Smarmolemi Earth LLC proposes three new lots, with the project continued to November 19, 2025, at the applicant’s request. The plan reflects ongoing residential growth while preserving the area’s open space character.
