The region’s residential market continues to grow! Planning boards in November reviewed a variety of new projects and subdivisions, from condominiums to multi-lot developments. Here’s a look at the latest proposals shaping our communities:
Nashua – Pennichuck Street Condos Coming Soon
Gateway Homes, LLC is seeking site plan approval for a 6-unit condominium development at 16 Pennichuck Street. The project will bring new modern housing to Ward 2 while respecting RA-Urban Residence zoning.
Derry– Island Pond Road Subdivision
Belize Real Estate Holdings, LLC proposes a 6-lot subdivision at 84 Island Pond Road, continuing Derry’s residential expansion while maintaining neighborhood character.
Amherst – Christian Hill Road Subdivision
The Robert H. Jacobson Revocable Trust and TransFarmations, Inc. received final approval to subdivide existing lots into 35 new lots, including a condominium lot and large remainder lots as part of a Planned Residential Development.
Merrimack – Fuller Mill & Farmer Road Subdivision
Conote, LLC is seeking variances for a seven-lot subdivision, including six single-family homes and one conservation lot. Each lot will be slightly under standard frontage and area requirements, offering creative solutions for new development.
