As development pressures remain high across the region, new subdivisions and infill projects surfaced in planning board agendas last month. Here’s what was on the table in August:
Londonderry – Duplex Dreams on Nashua Road
The proposal at 296 Nashua Road has evolved significantly since it was first introduced as a 44-lot subdivision in April. Discussions to reduce the plan to 18 lots preceded the current proposal for six duplexes in the Commercial II district. The project remains under review, with the hearing continued multiple times.

Epping– Cul-de-Sac Community Proposed on Hunter Drive
Jeremy Thayer (landowner) and Chinburg Properties Inc./Joseph Falzone (developer) have applied for a 21-lot subdivision with a cul-de-sac off Hunter Drive. The parcels span multiple tax maps in the Residential Zone and would bring notable new single-family inventory to town.
Windham – Concept Plan for 22 Homes at 150 Haverhill Road
Benchmark LLC, on behalf of potential buyers, has filed a letter of intent for a 22-lot single-family subdivision on 43.19 acres at 150 Haverhill Road. The concept includes a road connection from Anderson Road to Galway and a small cul-de-sac, with WWPD impacts requiring special permits. The applicant is also open to pursuing an open space subdivision alternative.
