A Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing was held for a proposed two lot subdivision and a lot line adjustment for the application of Belize Real Estate Holdings - applicants, and MT Ararat Properties 1 LLC - property owners of 67 Tirrell Hill Road, and Divanefendic Family Rev. Trust - property owners of 76 Sage Court. This is the first part of the proposal to subdivide Lot 54 into two lots, creating a new proposed Lot 54-1. The applicant is proposing to adjust the lot lines between proposed Lot 54-1, and existing Lot 32-16 to create a 60-foot-wide right away access for a future road connection. The applicant is requesting to be continued to the January 23, 2025 Meeting for a Completeness Review/Subdivision Review Hearing for a second part of a proposal in which proposed newly created Lot 54-1 will be subdivided further into a 46-lot open space subdivision. Along with this open space subdivision, a new roadway will be created that will connect Acorn Drive to Sage Court and provide road frontage for the 46 new open space lots. The property is located at 67 Tirrell Hill Road and abuts Acorn Drive and Sage Court. The applicants and owners requested a continuance because they felt that based on the size of the project and the concerns that they have heard from some of the abutters, they felt it would be helpful to have a less formal meeting and have a free exchange of discussions.
