Auburn
Governors Hill Corp. is advancing plans for a new developmentat 876 Londonderry Turnpike, where a 2,700-foot cul-de-sac is planned. The project will take the existing three parcels and reconfigure them into five subdivided lots.
Londonderry
A public hearing is set to review an application for an eight-lot subdivision at 23 Wilson Road. The proposed development includes various site improvements and requests for waivers. The application is being submitted by Douglas & Maria Jones (applicants) with the Evans Family Limited Partnership as the property owner. This review marks an important step toward the potential transformation of this area into a new community space.
Milford

Bolduc Holdings, LLC (formerly Loyal Holdings, LLC) is progressing with their Stone Ledge townhouse community and is seeking final site plan approval. This 70-unit rental development, planned for Nathaniel Drive & South Street, remains under review following its latest hearing on March 18, 2025. With its Limited Commercial Business (LCB) zoning, the project aims to introduce modern multi-family housing to the area. Recent discussions have focused on site access, zoning considerations, and community impact, with town officials carefully evaluating the next steps. As the review continues, Stone Ledge remains a key development to watch.
Exeter
The proposed redevelopment at 112 Front Street by StoneArch Development is undergoing continued review as the developer seeks approval for a new 17-unit townhouse-style condominium complex. The plan includes the demolition of existing structures and the construction of modern, upscale residences, along with comprehensive site improvements. Situated in the C-1, Central Area Commercial zoning district, the hearing continues as town officials review the details and discuss the project’s potential impact on the local community.
StoneArch Development has also unveiled plans for a six-unit townhouse-style condominium at 57 Portsmouth Avenue, complete with new parking and site enhancements. Nestled in the C-2, Highway Commercial district, this development aims to bring contemporary residential living to a prime location, offering both convenience and modern amenities. The review process is underway, with further discussions to follow.

Raymond
The review for Mardon Woods remains ongoing with Jones and Beach Engineers, Inc., on behalf of Tuck Realty Corp., submitting an application for a site plan, lot line adjustment, and special permit. The proposal outlines the construction of 148 duplex units (totaling 296 dwelling units) along with clubhouse facilities. In addition to the site plan, the applicant has requested a special permit for approximately 0.24 acres of wetland disturbance and a waiver for site plan application fees. The property, located at 65 and 101 Batchelder Road within the C3W zoning district and Groundwater Protection Overlay District, remains under review, with hearings continuing from previous dates.
The Onway Lake Development continues to move forward as Phase II takes shape. Shiv Shrestha and Matthew Silverstein of Onway Lake Development, LLC and Yawno Properties, LLC are proposing a 57+15-unit age-restricted condominium complex as part of this three-phase development at 15 Sargent Drive in Raymond. Located within Zone B, this project aims to bring modern, age-restricted housing to a scenic location, The review process is ongoing, with discussions carried over from several previous meetings.
